Pain
stabbing sharp knives
cutting open my soul
bleeding into my dreams
and drowning them in a sea of despair
washing away my hopes
in a flood of blackened blood
darkened by the bitter taste of life
the darkness surrounds me and drowns me
until i am nothing but a soulless ghoul
going thru the motions
of life and praying for a quick and
painless death
